freebsd-quota software package provides management of file system quota for UFS, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freebsd-quota
freebsd-quota is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freebsd-quota package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freebsd-quota *
You will get with freebsd-quota package name, version, architecture and description in a table
